Literally, two of our favoritest people in the entire world, Cleo and Ron go way, way back with us. Thrilled doesn’t begin to do justice for how happy we were to do a photo shesh with them. They chose historic Irvington, a neighborhood on the East side of Indianapolis. Why? Two reasons. First and foremost, the area has a lot of history for them. Many years ago when they were newlyweds they lived in the area. Secondly (and actually most importantly) we wanted to eat at Jockamo Upper Crust Pizza. We’d never been, and they have been winning awards left and right for the last several years.
It’s all a bit blurry after that, but I do remember there was lots of beer, and one of them being brewed with crawfish. Sigh. Oh, and if you’re ever wanting to catch a rockin’ cover band in Indy, check out their band Guys That Rock (aka GTR)!
