Our dreams, they are made out of real things, like a shoebox of photographs with sepia-toned loving. Love is the answer, at least to most of the questions in my heart. — Jack Johnson
You may recognize the last name (if only for a few more months!) as this wonderful family is my brothers! A visit to St. Louis to see them constituted a photo shoot of their beautiful mugs.
The funny thing about photographing families is that, in my experience, you can pose, primp, coax, but in the end the best shots are when you capture the things in between. After all, I'm there to capture what you've already created. Mason and Reegan, my nephew and niece, are beautiful little creatures with different tendencies and personalities. Reegan is 7 going on 17 and Mason's little eyes burst with curiosity and excitement when he looks at you. Ryan and Melissa have a love that gets better and better with age, and I am so excited for what the future holds for them. My only request would be that they lived closer so I had more of these moments to share with all of you!
